2020 annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Commendation meeting was successfully held in Tangya base on 10th of March 2021.The meeting was presided over by Ye Rugao, director of the group company. First, all members listened to the financial report and the supervisor`s report of 2020, as well as the annual summary of each subsidiaries. Then, Luo Zhiliang, supervisor of the group, read out the group documents: one excellent project management department, two excellent project managers, thirty one excellent employees, one excellent newcomer, one excellent correspondent and four excellent party members. Honors were given them as commendations.
After listening to the reports delivered by executives of subsidiaries and project managers, Xu Yuguang, chairman of the group company, fully affirmed and recognized the achievements of the group company and its subsidiaries in 2020, and praised the excellent teams and advanced individuals that emerged during the period.

1. The growth of main business accelerated and the performance exceeded anticipation.
As the pillar business, the new contract value of road and Bridge reached 1.5 billion, exceeding the expected target. In terms of production safety wise , the projects under construction are generally smooth and meet the expectations, such as Jinwu Wuyi, Yongwusixian , Hangjinqu third and fourth lot, which have received the expected profits and laid a good economic foundation for the transformation of the company. each subsidiary is making profits and the profit exceeds the expectation. With excellent technology, the Construction Technology Company has a stable market share in the highly competitive commercial concrete industry; the output of commercial concrete has doubled from 300,000 m3 in 2019 to 570,000 m3 in 2020.This gratifying achievement reflects the market`s recognition of the high quality brand of "Bayong commercial concrete".
2. The construction and operation of the station are effective
Since its operation, the output value and profit of Dongyang station have been greatly improved, and its performance has been booming. It has become a "big taxpayer" for three consecutive years. From the start of construction to the trial operation in November 2020, the new materials company was put into operation in the same year, in compliance with the regulations and effective in the same year, and was praised by the leaders of Tangya town and Jinyi new district.
